The Danville Farmers’ Market is operated and certified by the Pacific Coast Farmers’ Market Association. It is approximately four miles along the Iron Horse Trail from Bishop Ranch 15.

The market will feature more than 50 of the best artisan producers and organic growers like Dirty Girl Produce from Santa Cruz, organic stone fruits from Lone Oak Ranch, fresh cut organic flowers from Thomas Farms in Aptos, local honey from Steve’s Bees, pasture raised eggs, Brentwood corn and much more. The market will have a full range of products including fresh pasta, olive oils, cheeses, gourmet street foods and drinks.

Monkey See Monkey Do… Family Friendly Improv!

This one hour short form improv show is designed especially for kids! Our family friendly show is completely made up on the spot based on audience suggestions. Best of all, kids will have opportunities to participate and a chance to be on stage and take part in the fun. Monkey See Monkey Do Improv is appropriate for ALL ages, and is sure to be enjoyed by everyone in your family!

Trails Challenge 2014

Registration Opens

Beginning Wednesday, January 15 registration for Trails Challenge 2014 will open.

As a Trails Challenge participant, you will receive access to download the guidebook, instructions on how to receive your free organic T-Shirt (while supplies last), and access to our FREE mobile application for both iPhones and Android phones.

There are two ways to complete the Challenge: 1) Travel 5 of the 20 trails listed in the booklet, or 2) Travel 26.2 miles of trails featured in the guidebook. Once completed, fill out the Trail Log and program evaluation to receive your commemorative pin (while supplies last).

Meditation Workshop: Success Without Stress

Learn about our 12-week half-marathon training program and take steps to lead a heart healthy lifestyle. The Walnut Creek team will be led by a volunteer coach for guidance, expertise and motivation. Bay Area International Children’s Film Festival (BAICFF)

The sixth annual Bay Area International Children’s Film Festival (BAICFF), a Playdate for the Imagination, is set for SATURDAY, JANUARY 25 & SUNDAY, JANUARY 26, 2014, at the Chabot Space and Science Center in Oakland, California. During the first half of each day, we’ll screen a series of short animated and live action films for all ages. During the second half of each day, we’ll show a series of short films and a feature for ages 7 and up.

On Saturday night from 7-9pm we have a special feature film screening followed by telescope viewing! We’ll also be hosting more dazzling animation workshops.
